The project started with the kick-off meeting among the UNCHARTED partners, held in Paris on the 7th of February 2020.
The program of the events that will take place during the UNCHARTED project includes:
- Three co-creation workshops (in Porto and in Barcelona, plus one in London joined with the central event)
- One central event (in London) that combines a public event and a co-creation workshop
- One policy seminar (in Brussels)
These events will be the occasion to provide demonstrations, to exhibit posters and to present the most relevant research results of UNCHARTED.
The project will develop the plan for a big public conference, to be held after the conclusion of the EU funding period, by the partners together with representatives of the ecosystem of stakeholders who joined the network of common interest created by UNCHARTED. The conference will be the occasion to re-launch a reflection on the plurality of values of culture, in continuation with the spirit of the project.
Furthermore, the partners of UNCHARTED participates in the initiatives organised by linked third parties to present the project objectives, to illustrate its progresses and to discuss research outcomes.
Three co-creation workshops are planned during the project life time.
The aim of the workshops is to combine the generation of knowledge with the creation of a common understanding and a shared approach to the themes addressed by the research of UNCHARTED.
For the occasion, 15-20 representatives of the stakeholders group and members of the Advisory Board are invited.
The first workshop takes place in Porto on 16-17 September 2021.
The second workshop will be organised in combination with the UNCHARTED Central Event in London on 12th – 13th January 2023.
The third workshop will take place in Barcelona, in mid 2023.
